Table cloth...you serious?
I started with this one because I could never understand the "depth" behind this rediculous question: Does he/she have a plastic table cloth (other versions: plates)?
Maybe the question is meant to understand if the person/family has the "proper" respect for the shabbis and plastic would not be as fancy...
1. Who says that just because a person's family does things one way that it's carved in stone for all future generations!
2. Maybe the family is a larger one and the mother/siblings have prepared all day cooking and would like to rest a little after the meal rather than wash dishes or the stained tablecloth.
Am I the only one who gets miffed about this question??
